Cancellation & Refund Policy

This Cancellation & Refund Policy applies to the software-as-a-service (SaaS) products and services offered by Karni Krupa Imaging ("kalka.one", "we", "us"). Our services are delivered digitally and, in many cases, instantly upon successful payment.

Digital Delivery and Access

Upon payment confirmation, access to the kalka.one platform, credits, and features is provisioned automatically. Delivery is digital — via your account dashboard and email notifications — there is no physical shipment associated with our SaaS products.

Returns

Returns are not applicable to digital services and subscriptions. If you believe there has been an error with your account provisioning or access, please contact us and we will assist in resolving the issue.

Refunds

Due to the nature of instant digital delivery, no refunds are offered once payment has been captured. All purchases of subscriptions, credits, and usage are final and non-refundable.

Exceptions may be considered only for duplicate charges or where required by applicable law. Approved refunds, if any, will be processed back to the original payment method.

Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before processing begins. Because our services provision instantly after payment in most cases, cancellations are generally not possible once the order is placed.

If you have scheduled services that have not yet started processing, contact us immediately. We will make commercially reasonable efforts to review your request; however, we cannot guarantee cancellation.

Shipping & Delivery

Our SaaS products are delivered digitally through your kalka.one account. There is no physical shipping. If you do not receive access within a few minutes of payment, please check your email (including spam) and your dashboard, or contact support for assistance.
